Newly-formed Edgware Town Ladies are looking for women interested in joining for the upcoming 2016/17 season.
The club are using the rest of this season for training and to get players on-board ahead of next season.
The training sessions will be held on Saturdays at 12.30pm for roughly an hour at Edgware Town’s home ground of Silver Jubilee Park, Townsend Lane, NW9 7NE.
Manager Chris Walker invites all those interested to come down.
“The club feel there is massive potential in the area and with women's and girl's football growing so rapidly in recent times, we felt the time was right," he said. "We are excited at the prospect of women's football coming to Edgware.”
The club is also seeking volunteers who would be willing to help out within various roles with the team. Sponsors are also being sought for playing kit and tracksuits.
All interested parties can get more information from Chris Walker on 07833 603472 or email him at ladies@edgwaretownfc.co.uk.
